SECTION FOR ADMISSION OF DOCUMENTS - LONG-CYCLE MASTER'S STUDIES
IN THE FIELD OF PHYSIOTHERAPY 2024/2025
Minors must upload in the system a scan of a notarized statement with parental consent to participate in the enrollment process and study until 14.07.2024 11:59 p.m.
On July 17th, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., on the individual accounts in the IRK system will be announced the list of candidates qualified for admission to the long-cycle Master's studies in the field of Physiotherapy.
Cadidates qualified for admission, in order to confirm their desire to study, are required to upload the following documents in the IRK system:
- a scan of the high school diploma,
- a scan of a signed personal questionnaire containing the candidate's photo and personal data,
- scan of a medical certificate (occupational medicine).
The above-mentioned documents must be uploaded to the IRK system by July 24th, 2024 12:00 pm.
ATTENTION!!!
Failure to enter the aforementioned documents within the prescribed time limit or the determination by the Faculty Recruitment Committee of the entry of incorrect results or information of significant importance in the recruitment procedure will result in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for admission.
Qualified candidates who do not wish to study at our university are requested to send a written resignation to a.pinkowska@awf.katowice.pl, j.kowal@awf.katowice.pl. or m.zywicka@awf.katowice.pl
Those who are not qualified will be placed on a reserve list.
In the case of vacant places from the qualified list, the list of candidates qualified for admission from the reserve list will be posted in the IRK system (on individual candidate accounts) on July 24, 2024. - after 3 p.m.
